We would normally have a number of guaranteed funds available. However we do not always recommend them.

The type of guarantee is often based on certain financial factors having to occur. Potential returns are often low. We tend to look at a mix of bank account investment along with funds that are not driven by the main stockmarkets i.e recycling funds, student accommodation, Gold etc.
